Mike Vulf was on time, extremely courteous, and explained everything as he was doing the job.
Mike was so pleasant I would request him for every maintenance I schedule moving forward.
I felt I received a very fair value AND wasn’t pressured to purchase anything extra items. Extremely refreshing. Keep in mind I have extra filters and change them regularly.

Christopher, Oleg, and Daniel were top-notch. We got a new heat pump and furnace split system installed. Prompt, professional installation, great customer service, and Oleg and Daniel cleaned up everything really well before they finished the job; all in one day. They also had very reasonable prices and carried the brand we were looking for. Definitely recommend!

My furnace stopped working on Friday, January 12th, 2024, the coldest day of the winter season thus far, so I started calling HVAC companies including some of the well-known ones. The furnace is 22 years old so none of the companies would come out for a repair job which is understandable on a 22-year-old furnace but they would come out if I agree to purchase a new furnace. Julie was able to schedule a technician to come out within 3 hours of speaking with her. She was pleasant, professional, and kind. Mike was the technician/salesperson that showed up, well ahead of schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem and it was obvious that a new furnace was needed. Mike gave me a price I couldn’t refuse for a complete Heating and Cooling System. Believe me, I’m one that does his research before making a purchase. Mike was also fun to deal with, transparent, and very personable. And then Andrey Demchuk, one of two installers, arrived with the system at 5:30 pm, a mere 4 hours after I made contact with the company. Andrey and the other installer went to work and got the furnace installed by 9:30 pm. Andrew wanted to continue on and also install the AC that night but I recommended that he continue the following day. He wanted to resume at 9 am the following day. The temperature forecast for the morning was 15 degrees. I was okay waiting until late into the following week when the temperature was forecasted to rise to 40 degrees to get the AC installed, but Andrey wanted to get it done sooner than later so he came the following morning. The installation was beautifully done, with high quality. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with everyone I worked with at the company. That’s why I took the time to put so much into this review. I highly and unquestionably recommend the company! On a scale of 1 to 5, Andrey earns a 10. Andrey, you are a ROCK STAR!

We decided to go with Northwest Expert Heating, Cooling, and Electrical because we liked their product and Chris was very easy to work with. Their installers were on time on both days and kept our house clean during and after the installation. Julie at their office was very helpful and we definitely are happy and satisfied with this contractor.

Very responsive professional company. When our heat pump went out, we called them, and they arrived as scheduled. Once we gave them the ok to move forward the replacement was scheduled for a timeframe that was convenient for us, their service technician was respectful of our home and completed the work efficiently.

The service technician told me I needed to replace 2 thermal units in my furnace. We agreed to replace all 3 just to be safe. He then told me I needed a new blower because the old blower was stuck running in the low gear. It was not running at all the appropriate speeds to heat up my home. So he installed a new blower and left quickly because he had other appointments.

However, the same problem still persists with the new blower. It’s also running in low gear without any noticeable air flow out of the registers. Therefore I also don’t know if the 3 thermal units that he installed are working because of the non-functioning blower.
I will notify the company to explain the situation. Hopefully, they will fix the problem correctly.
This is an addendum to the above review.
The owner of Northwest Expert Heating, Cooling, and Electrical came over to address the problem of my non-functioning furnace. He told me that the furnace was so old that it was difficult to exactly diagnose the problem area in the furnace. Other companies had the same difficulty in diagnosing the problem.
So he quoted a great price on a new furnace and waived all past charges on the old furnace. The new furnace was installed a few days later. His company definitely backs up its reputation by providing excellent service despite the initial problem with my old furnace. Mike was very personable and professional!
I definitely recommend his company for your heating and cooling needs. I also would use his company again for any future situations.

Overall I’ve had a good experience working with Northwest Expert Heating, Cooling, and Electrical. They recently installed a heat pump for us. The pricing was competitive and communication was good. When some very small issues came up during city inspection, they proactively reached back out to schedule a follow-up, and minor adjustments were promptly made. Would recommend!
