We had an air conditioner and a new gas furnace installed in our home in the Twin Lakes area of Federal Way. Our installers, Sergey and Victor arrived early and began work immediately. They were professional, thorough, and fast, finishing the job in half a day. They cleaned up and were gone by 1:30 pm. We would recommend them to anyone.

Recently switched our HVAC services over to Northwest Expert Heating, Cooling, and Electrical and so far they have been awesome! Mike has been here twice for different services for our furnace and heat pump. Each time he has been thorough and explained everything really well. Unbelievable customer service, professionalism, and working knowledge. The tech that came out to my elderly parent’s house had done his homework before arrival, even knew the year the house was built, and had in-depth knowledge of their existing system. He diagnosed and made recommendations that were helpful. He communicated the problem by stepping me through the whole system. The follow-up techs completed the necessary work to ensure that the system was safe and ready for use. Would definitely call again. The five-star reviews are real!

Able to get a quick install appointment and they beat the others by nearly $3k. The install team was super quick and efficient. Left the place looking perfect. The electrician hid wiring better than the one that did my neighbor’s house. Very pleased with the result. Julie was able to give me a reason to try a quote and Chris was able to do the quote over the phone! Saved me time and got it done right, fast, and for less than the competition.

Amazing work by Northwest Expert Heating, Cooling, and Electrical, they did the job so well and kept the connections neatly organized and installed in a way so I didn’t have to redo all of my drywalls! Their installation was autonomous and didn’t need my supervision. High-quality work!

3 years ago had them install an AC unit in my residential house and the experience was unforgivable! The price is great but most importantly customer service is amazing. Now they are installing two AC units on our commercial building and once again the experience I’m having is outstanding. They are on time! Very reliable! Could not be happier! I was at the Washington State Fair when I came across the Northwest Expert Heating, Cooling, and Electrical booth. I spun the wheel and won a free furnace tune-up. A few days later Rose called and set up an appointment for today.

The service technician showed up on time today. His name is Obadiah he was a prophet in the Bible too. Obadiah did an excellent job. He ran diagnostic tests and found out that the capacitor was bad and needed to be replaced on my 26-year-old furnace. He explained everything to me, so I understood basically how my furnace operates. He said the bad capacitor was stressing out the blower, so he replaced the capacitor. The temperature strips were working fine.

He said now the blower would not get stressed out which will keep me from stressing out now that everyone is working smoothly. I really enjoyed having my furnace checked out and given an excellent bill of health. Again, Obadiah did an excellent job on my furnace, so I was quite impressed with his work and with his company Northwest Expert Heating, Cooling, and Electrical. I will use their services again in the future.

In addition to the great work done by the technician, I also had an excellent experience with the customer service team. Rose and Julie from the office were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were able to schedule the installation appointment at a time that was convenient for me, and they were always available to answer any questions I had.
